The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) is the worldwide alliance of toll operators and associated industries that provides a forum for sharing knowledge and ideas to promote and enhance toll-financed transportation services.
IBTTA Toll Excellence Awards
The IBTTA Toll Excellence Awards program recognizes IBTTA-member toll agencies that are furthering the aims of the industry through creative, innovative and positive programs. There are 5 awards given in the following categories: Administration, Customer Service, Operations, Social Responsibility and Technology. Of those 5 winners, one is given the President’s award.
A call for project submissions is posted on the IBTTA website in the first quarter of each year, winners are notified mid year and the Awards Presentation is made during IBTTA's Annual Meeting and Exhibition each September.
To be eligible for consideration, you must be an IBTTA toll agency member. Submissions are accepted via the official Program application and entry guidelines. If you have any questions about this program, please contact Kathleen Davis at 202.659.4620 x12.
