The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) is the worldwide alliance of toll operators and associated industries that provides a forum for sharing knowledge and ideas to promote and enhance toll-financed transportation services.
ETHICS: Policy of Ethical Behavior
The IBTTA Board of Directors has approved a Policy of Ethical Behavior that applies to the Board and all who perform official duties on behalf of IBTTA. This policy reflects IBTTA’s commitment to the highest ethical behavior by its staff, Board members and other volunteers.
The IBTTA Audit Committee developed this policy under the leadership of committee chair Victoria Cross Kelly of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Those who preceded her as chair also played an important role in developing this policy, including Ed DeLozier of E-470 Public Highway Authority and David Moretti of MTA Bridges and Tunnels.
