The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) is the worldwide alliance of toll operators and associated industries that provides a forum for sharing knowledge and ideas to promote and enhance toll-financed transportation services.
IBTTA Task Force Descriptions
All IBTTA task forces are part of the governance structure of IBTTA. Task Forces assist the Board of Directors in advancing IBTTA's mission & strategy and are appointed by the President. Task Forces meet three times annually, in conjunction with the Board of Directors meetings.
Task Force appointments take place at the end of the year for the following year and are appointed by the incoming President. Compensation Policy Committee

The IBTTA President shall annually appoint a Compensation Policy Committee (CPC) composed of three members of the Board. The CPC will ensure that IBTTA’s compensation practices are reasonable within the framework of the Board approved compensation policy and marketplace definition and sources. The CPC shall meet with the Executive Director at least once annually to validate that the Executive Director is implementing the compensation system within the compensation policy approved by the Board.

The nominating committee identifies and nominates candidates to serve on the Board of Directors. Once the candidates are nominated, the membership of IBTTA elects the officers and directors during the annual business meeting.
