The IBTTA Leadership Academy’s Executive Development Program is tailored specifically for senior-level managers in public-and private-sector organizations that serve the toll industry. The program is geared toward professionals who are preparing to assume executive management roles or who have been recently appointed to such roles.

This intense week-long course is taught by internationally recognized toll industry leaders, business partners, educators, and public officials. The curriculum includes all facets of toll agency operations, administration, finance, marketing, business development, board relations, public affairs, and related topics.
The IBTTA Leadership Academy has partnered with the Eno Transportation Foundation to facilitate the course. The Executive Development Program is directed by Barbara K. Gannon, Psy.D., who has designed and delivered education and training programs in the transportation sector for over twenty years.
