Submit a photo and a short biography (brief summary) to Cheryle Arnold. The bio and photo will appear in the IBTTA Meetings App as a reference for attendees. The bio will also be used by your moderator for introduction. Please be sure your bio is in a complete sentence/summary format, not a resume format. Your moderator needs to be able to read or summarize your experience when introducing you.
IBTTA will organize session conference calls among moderators and panelists participating in the same session. This is a great opportunity to meet the other panelists, discuss the session format with the moderator and hear what others within your session are discussing or how they are approaching the topic. This conference call is very important and it is suggested that you attempt to make yourself available if possible.
There is a PowerPoint Template below available for your convenience, however it is not mandatory that you use it. We also make available the IBTTA logo should you wish to incorporate it into your own corporate template.
About your slide format: The Industry Standard for PowerPoint slide format is changing from a more square format (4:3) to Widescreen Format (16:9 on-screen show).
For this conference, please build your presentation in 16:9 format. This may sound confusing but simply explained:
If you are using the newest version of PowerPoint (2013) -- the default format when starting a new presentation is Widescreen Format. You do not have to do a thing...build away. Use large fonts, be creative and make it beautiful.
If you are building your PowerPoint in any version PRE-2013 -- PowerPoint opens in the old standard 4:3. You can easily change this by changing your Page Set-up to 16:9 On-screen show. In PP 2007 click Design, then Page setup. In 2010, click File then Page Set-up.
If you have questions about the format or need assistance, please email Cheryle Arnold.
The IBTTA template will be uploaded soon. Again, it is provided for your convenience but is not mandatory. Check back soon for the templates.
If you use the IBTTA logo in your own presentation template, please use the link below to download our official logo. If you resize, please keep the aspect ratio intact.
Some firewalls may prevent you from accessing the files. If so, please email Cheryle to request them.
