Bylaws & Ethics Policy
Bylaws are the rules that govern the internal management of an organization. They cover topics such as how directors are elected, how meetings of directors are conducted and what officers the organization will have and their duties. IBTTA's Bylaws were last revised in 2004.
The IBTTA Board of Directors approved a Policy of Ethical Behavior that applies to the Board and all who perform official duties on behalf of IBTTA. This policy reflects IBTTA’s commitment to the highest ethical behavior by its staff, Board members and other volunteers.
IBTTA provides a mechanism to make anonymous and confidential reports of any suspected violations of this Policy through our partner EthicsPoint. Click the below link below if you wish to report a violation of this Policy.
