This intense week-long course is taught by recognized toll industry leaders, business partners, educators and public officials. The curriculum includes all facets of toll agency operations, administration, finance, marketing, business development, board relations, public affairs and related topics. The Executive Development Program is directed by Barbara K. Gannon, Psy.D., who has designed and delivered education and training programs in the transportation sector for more than 20 years. The Leadership Academy is funded by contributions to the IBTTA Foundation and through the student tuition fees.
