This Summit will bring together individuals interested in transportation funding, finance, road using charging and policy to address the most effective ways to improve mobility in a constrained resource environment. The summit will include general sessions that explore “big ideas” in transportation and two concurrent breakout session tracks that focus on “finance” and “policy” issues. In this call for presentations, we invite responses from subject matter experts from around the world.
The IBTTA Board of Director's Meeting precedes this meeting.

Room Rate: $269.00, for single or double occupancy, exclusive of state and local taxes (currently 14% occupancy, 7% state). The Room Rate held under the IBTTA room block is available from April 19-April 26, 2017.
Cut off date: March 29, 2017. The hotel will hold the IBTTA Room Block until March 29, 2017, 11:59pm EDT, after which the room rate can only be offered on a space available basis.

Submit a photo and a short biography (brief summary) to Cheryle Arnold. The bio and photo will appear in the IBTTA Meetings App as a reference for attendees. The bio will also be used by your moderator for introduction. Please be sure your bio is in a complete sentence/summary format, not a resume format. Your moderator needs to be able to read or summarize your experience when introducing you.
IBTTA will organize session conference calls among moderators and panelists participating in the same session. This is a great opportunity to meet the other panelists, discuss the session format with the moderator and hear what others within your session are discussing or how they are approaching the topic. This conference call is very important and it is suggested that you attempt to make yourself available if possible.
Widescreen format (16:9 ratio). PowerPoint version 2013 and newer defaults the slide to this format when beginning a new presentation.PREFERRED. Screens will be set up for this format. (Widescreen)
Square format (4:3 ratio). PowerPoint 2010 and previous versions, (since the beginning of time), default to square slides. NOT PREFERRED.
If you build your presentation using the square (4:3 ratio), your presentation will have black bars on the left and right of your presentation on the screen. Not the end of the world but it is preferred that you adjust your slide size using the format option in PowerPoint.
However, please contact Cheryle Arnold if you need help ensuring your presentation is in the proper format for your session.
A template is provided below for those that wish to use it but it is not mandatory that you use it.
IBTTA provides a template for your convenience, however it is not mandatory. Presenters are welcome to use their own corporate template but are asked to adhere to the requested slide size of Widescreen (16:9 ratio).*Note, some firewalls may prevent you from accessing these files. If that is the case, please email Cheryle Arnold to request any of the needed files.
