Hotel Update: Hyatt Regency Availability

   Monday, March 24th is completely sold out at the Hyatt Regency.

What this means to you: 

  • If you have not made your hotel reservations, we recommend booking at a nearby hotel.
  • There is availability on Saturday and Sunday nights, but not Monday. This means you would need to check out on Monday morning if you are staying in town through Tuesday.
  • If you would like to be added to a wait list for any openings, please contact Anna Ouellette. However, availability is not guaranteed, so we strongly suggest booking a back-up hotel.

  Book now to lock in your spot and adjust later as needed—our hotel block will sell out quickly! 

  • Room Rates: $239.00, exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 17.3%.
  • Cut-off date: February 27th. The hotel will hold the IBTTA Room Block until February 27, 2025, 11:59pm EST, after which the room rate can only be offered on a space available basis.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. The room block for this meeting is expected to sell out. IBTTA always recommends that you secure your hotel room early to guarantee a room in the conference hotel. Adjust your room dates later once you confirm your travel plans.

  Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport) is approximately 19 miles from the Hyatt Regency. 

  • Taxi - Taxi fare is approximately $45-50. App-based rides are available to and from the airport.
  • DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) - The DART orange line leaves from the airport and goes to the West End station, and guests can take either the Red or Blue line to get to Union Station, which is attached to the hotel via an underground concourse. View Route.

  Dallas Love Field is approximately 8 miles from the Hyatt Regency. 

  • Taxi: Taxi fare is approximately $20. Super Shuttle fare is $17.

Amtrak Train :

The Dallas County Inland Port is your connection to markets - global, national, regional and local. An intermodal and logistics district that encompasses 7,500 acres and 5 municipalities, the IIPOD is located at the hub of the nation's best logistics transportation infrastructure. Attendees will embark on the tour through the impressive Union Pacific Intermodal facility, followed by a glimpse inside either the cutting-edge Wal-Mart e-fulfillment center or the state-of-the-art cold storage facility. The adventure wraps up on the innovative Loop 9, a groundbreaking new road designed to ease traffic congestion in the Port.
