How might a mobility wallet concept address major challenges for tolling agencies and other transportation service providers serving lower-income customers? Customers who are of lower socio-economic status often lack reliable access to personal transportation and can accumulate debt due to violations/non-payment. A mobility wallet funded by a combination of existing or new government programs and support from private philanthropy offers a potential solution. The objective is to get these customers literally moving again and back on track with relevant agencies. This webinar will define the mobility wallet concept and review the elements needed for such a concept to work.
