Steps to Submit
Submit a Presentation With 4 Simple Steps!
Step 1: Review the Communications, HR, & Legal Session Descriptions
Step 2: Log in or Create an account in the presentation submission system.
- This is not your IBTTA account login information. If you have not submitted an abstract for a 2025 event, please create a new account. If you submitted for the Technology Summit, log in with the credentials you created.
- Submission Tip: If you are submitting on behalf of someone else, create the account as if you were them and include your information in the “CC” section
Step 3: Complete the form.
Select your session, enter your presentation title, and complete the summary of the proposed presentation and the high-level takeaways of your presentation. Co-presenters can be added during this step.
Step 4: Hit the Submit Button!
A submission confirmation email will be sent to the submitter and any co-presenters.
Presentation Acceptance - Notifications are expected to be sent in early-April. Please wait until after this time before reaching out for updates. If your presentation is accepted, you'll receive an email with the next steps.

Presentation Guidelines
Criteria, Presentation length, and takeaways!
Two things to remember when submitting:
- The summary of the proposed presentation is limited to 500 words.
- Presentation submissions must include at least two high-level takeaways for attendees.
The meeting planning group is judging based on the following criteria:
- Criteria 1: Industry Relevance—How relevant is the presentation to the tolling industry?
- Criteria 2: Session Relevance—How well does the presentation align with the overarching conference theme and specific session topics?
- Criteria 3: Originality—How does the submission relate information, methods, or results in a unique, novel, and innovative fashion?
IBTTA strives to have unbiased, diverse sessions, free from commercial content.
Frequently Asked Questions!
- Who can submit a presentation? Anyone can submit. IBTTA membership is not required to be a presenter.
- I am working with a colleague, can we both present? Yes. There is an option to add a co-presenter to your presentation submission.
- My presentation has multiple presenters - who should submit it? Either presenter can be the main submitter. Co-presenters will have access to the submission but cannot make edits.
- Can I submit the same presentation to multiple tracks or sessions? No. A presentation can only be submitted for one session within one track. The meeting planning group will consider if your session may be better suited for a different track or session.
- Can I submit more than one presentation topic to the event? Yes. If you have more than one topic you are welcome to submit them separately
