IBTTA Congratulates Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti on Her Appointment as Chair of the 2023 Transportation Research Board Executive Committee

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA), the worldwide association for the owners and operators of toll facilities and the businesses that serve them, is thrilled to congratulate the 2022 IBTTA President, Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti, on being named Chair of the Transportation Research Board Executive Committee in 2023. Gutierrez-Scaccetti serves as Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
