IBTTA Congratulates Malika Seddi Being Named Secretary General at ASECAP

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA), the worldwide association for the owners and operators of toll facilities and the businesses that serve tolling, today recognizes and applauds Malika Seddi as the new Secretary General of the Association Européenne des Autoroutes à Peage (ASECAP).

“I’m delighted to congratulate Malika Seddi on taking the helm as Secretary General at ASECAP,” said IBTTA President Samuel Johnson, who is also Interim CEO of the Transportation Corridor Agencies in Irvine, California. “Malika is both a friend and long-time colleague. Her passion for transportation and tolling policy not only in Europe, but globally, will serve ASECAP well.”

“For more than a decade, IBTTA has benefitted from Malika’s expertise and knowledge while serving on IBTTA’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors,” Johnson said. “IBTTA looks forward to its continued work with Malika and ASECAP under a Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2004 to collaborate and exchange best practices.”
