International Tolling Association Announces 2020 Officers

WASHINGTON, DC – The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA), the worldwide association for the owners and operators of toll facilities and the businesses that serve the tolling industry, has announced the association’s executive officers for 2020.
The 2020 executive officers were elected by the membership during IBTTA’s 87th Annual Meeting & Exhibition in Nova Scotia, Canada, this past September. The meeting brought together more than 800 transportation leaders from 23 countries to discuss innovative technologies, policies, funding options and business practices to enhance greater mobility. The new officers will serve for one year.
The 2020 officers are:
- Samuel Johnson, Chief Toll Operations Officer of the Transportation Corridor Agencies, will serve as the association’s President;
- Mark Compton, Chief Executive Officer of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, will serve as the association’s First Vice-President;
- Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti, Commissioner of the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation, will serve as the association’s Second Vice-President; and
- Malika Seddi, Deputy to Executive Director, responsible for International Affairs, of the Association Professionnelle Autoroutes et Ouvrages à Péage ASFA - French Association of toll motorway, tunnel and bridges operators will serve as the association’s International Vice-President.

Jones, Executive Director and CEO of IBTTA. “Our 2020 Officers are talented professionals who will not only serve our association but also provide leadership to the transportation industry. They begin their service at a critical time when communities and nations worldwide are looking at new ways to fund and finance vital transportation infrastructure.”
