The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) in Austin, Texas, has only been in operation for a dozen years.
But with a series of successful projects under its belt, the agency is living proof of the principle that nothing succeeds like success.
When participants gather in Austin September 14-17 for IBTTA’s 82nd Annual Meeting and Exhibition, they’ll be hosted by a lean, no-nonsense organization that has always focused on the customer and getting the job done.
“From the beginning, we focused on delivering our projects on time and on budget, engaging the community, and making sure we delivered value in return for the investment we had from the community and the greater region,” said CTRMA Executive Director Mike Heiligenstein, IBTTA’s 2014 President.
“People saw value as soon as we opened our first project, and it was almost like a light switch going on.”
