Requirements for Virtual Event Consideration

  • Requests must be submitted at least four weeks in advance.
  • The form must be completed in full.
  • Events are limited to 60 minutes.
  • Events are scheduled to begin at 11:00am ET.

What type of event will this be?
A presentation-style event where speakers present to an audience. Attendees join to watch and may interact through Q&A or chat. Only presenters are on camera.
A collaborative meeting designed for two-way conversation and interaction. Attendees are encouraged to have cameras on and actively participate in the discussion.
