U.S. Express Signs On with Bestpass for Toll Management Services

Another 8,000 commercial truckers will have access to single-source payment and streamlined toll management services with the announcement that Chattanooga, Tennessee-based U.S. Xpress Inc. has signed on with Bestpass^TM Inc.

IBTTA member Bestpass is a 15-year initiative of the New York State Motor Truck Association. It grew out of the understanding that, when you drive a big rig, time is money. Getting to your destination sooner is both financially and economically a win.

U.S. Xpress, the second-largest private truckload carrier in the country, recognized that value when it joined Bestpass. “I've been really impressed with how well everyone at Bestpass understands the intricacies of tolling, and with how responsive they have been to our needs," said Toll Manager Donna Terry. "It's been a great experience.”

Before this announcement, Bestpass was already processing more than $30 million per month and $300 million a year in toll transactions. IBTTA is always excited to see our members doing so well. When our members do well, their customers, American businesses and drivers, all benefit.
