In an effort to more effectively connect with you and help you connect with industry colleagues, IBTTA is conducting a survey to assess how members of our community use social media.
We hope to learn two things from the survey: how to reach you more effectively through social media channels, and how we can help you use these tools more widely in your own day-to-day communications with customers and the wider public.
We'll share the survey results at the 2013 Organization Management Workshop, June 23-25 in Baltimore, MD. The workshop will feature a special session on taking your brand online, moderated by Rachel Bell of the Kansas Turnpike Authority.
